There's a list of excluded tags in Preferences:Tags. Those words are omitted from cloud view.
I wonder if it's possible to have an "Include only" list. Only words in this list (occurring in the notes/title/abstract fields) are included in the cloud view.

Why? It seems to me that circumvents the purpose of the tag cloud. Why not use a smart group?
