command+Y as import shortcut in online search?

Jon & others:

Probably since the time I started using Bookends I frequently found myself in the Online Search window selecting a reference that I want to import and then hitting command+Y to import/copy the citation into the database. Of course this does not work and I then have to remind myself to move the cursor down to the import button and click on that.

Did anyone else experience the same?

Hah, I’ll make a poll for this, just for the fun of it :)

I won't vote, but I will say that I've never seen an app that uses the same command-key combination for different things, depending on the window. Strikes me as very un-HIG-like.

True, I agree that from a HIG point of view this will probably not be a good idea.

But somehow my fingers just won’t comply to this, they try this again and again… :?
