find and attach local pdf

Is it just me, or is the find and attach local pdf feature broken? Could it be an issue with lion?
It's not broken on Lion as far as I know, but if others are having a problem please post here (or contact me). Don't forget that because of the way we have to automate Spotlight searches, not all pdfs that should match will.
