Unable to create new reference with PDF

I recently upgraded to 11.2 and I am now unable create a reference with an attached PDF. Using the Online Search window, I am able to locate and see the PDF. When I click on Import button and choose "Import Ref and Attach PDF" a reference is created but the pdf is not attached. I then have to save the pdf to my computer and drag it to the reference to attach it. Is there a work around for this?

Please check the FAQ for information on how to remove the Adobe pdf plugin. If that doesn't take care of the problem, note that we have fixed a bug that might cause this to happen, and the fix will appear in the 11.2.1 update. If you still have a problem after 11.2.1 is released, please contact tech support directly.
