unAPI support for Bookends Server

unAPI is a "tiny HTTP API for the few basic operations necessary to copy discrete, identified content from any kind of web application" used by applications like Zotero to import bibliographic data directly from websites. It is much more powerful than CoinS/OpenUrl and – unlike CoinS - supports any type of reference and even attachments.

I have developed a simple unAPI support via a PHP script that works together with the Bookends Server to PUBLISH unAPI information together with the pages generated by Bookends Server (it cannot be used to IMPORT such information - Jon would have to implement that in the Online Search tool).

Before I invest the time of describing here how to set it up, I first need to know if there is any interest at all in such a How-To. Let me know any time.

Yes, I would have an interest. Right now I am still using Zotero to import web page articles that are relevant to my research. I 'd like to be able to import them to Bookends and get all my research in one database rather than two. Can you help?
