Problems with Scan Document

I am writing my thesis and I have left chapter 4 for quite some time. After finding the correct version (all references are is this format "toughness [Thompson et al., 2008, #3055] and the proportion of dark cutting carcasses [Scanga et al., 1998, #83979]." using the scroll at the very top of the word window to insert my reference with an ID number).

However when I scan the complete document I have two problems:

a) If I select create new document and try to resolve ambigious citations: I also selected customized format that I made (a (d). t. j v. p-.) but for some reason the bibliography is all bold there is no formatting also the in text citations are not correct (they kept the ID numbers)

b) Or if I choose a proof reading scan and create new document: there is no bibliography and the in text citations are like the following:
"Cold shortening is also thought to be related to the darkened lean colour produced from very fast chilling [\fs26 Van Donkersgoed et al., 2001, #96481].
Low percentages of cooler shrink loss are also commonly observed in carcasses that are rapidly chilled [\fs26 Aalhus et al., 2002, #87975; \fs26 Bowater, 1997, #50]; however no differences were observed in the present study."
and no bibliograPhy is built

Do i need to go back and insert a ID number again? Why is the bibliography not working? Neither in text citations or the bibliography are working correctly. I just downloaded the lastest version is this creating problems? (The id numbers were inserted with the old version of Bookends)

Hi,

Please contact tech support (support@sonnysoftware.com). And tell them if the citation delimiter is set to [ ] in preferences (the default is { } ).
