Problem - Citation appears 3 times in the text

Hello everybody,

I'm currently using Bookends, and it is the first software I use to manage my bibliography, but I encounter a problem and I don't find the way to solve it.

I have my list of papers sorted by autor name, and when I add them into a word text I don't have any problem it appears normally like this : [Park et al., 2010, #3564]

When I ask for a scan, the problem appear : If I don't ask for a proofreading and for the resolving of ambigous references, the papers in the bibliography list are not the good one, and in my text the references appears like 1,1,1 instead of 1

And if I ask for resolving the ambigous references, bookends ask me to confirm and select all the paper I add in the text (a bit long when you have 100 citations...) and then in the text I still have this problem of 1,1,1 instead of 1.

I thought that the ID number of a paper will avoid such a problem so I don't get why it is so difficult to have my bibliography right...

If someone knows how to solve this problem, he will be today's heroe !! :D

Thanks in advance for the answer.

Have a nice day

It sounds like you selected comma as your citation separator (in preferences, Scan & Bob tab). That setting should only be used for BibTeX, not normal formats. Change it back to semicolon and I think you'll be OK.
