Author as a whole, not Surename, First Name

Post by bbasti »

Hi everybody!

I have not found an answer to my question on this forum and hope
I didn't simply overlook it…

First of all, I am still using bookens 10.6.3 but I am curious if
there might be a solution in bookends 11. Well, here comes the
problem: in my style sheet (based un the unified style sheet
for linguists proposed by linguist list) I list authors in the
bibliography by last name, followed by their first name:

Code: Select all

Goldberg, Adele E. 1995. Constructions: a construction grammar approach to argument structure. Chicago: University of Chicago Press.
This causes incorrect results when the author of a book is actually
an institution, like the spanish language accademy:

Code: Select all

Española, Real Academia. 2010. Nueva grámatica de la lengua española. Manual. Pozuela de Alarcón: Espasa.
Instead, It should say

Code: Select all

Real Academia Española. 2010 […]
Is there any way to get this working in bookends without manual correction :?:

Thank you for your anwers :)

Institutional names should be terminated with a comma, telling Bookends to leave them alone:

National Labor Organization,
