Openly Informatics, the operator of the 1Cate OpenURL server, was bought by OCLC and is no longer a free service. It was be removed as the default OpenURL server in new Bookends installs beginning with 11.2.7. If you want to use OpenURL, please contact your institution's library and ask what server you should use.
