Attachment Renaming

Hi

I've noticed that recent versions don't automatically rename attachments if the suggested name is already taken. Instead they simply attach whatever file alread has that name. In the past Bookends automatically added a few random numbers to the attachment name. Was this a concious change? Can I revert back to the older automatic renaming? It takes time to manually rename attachments, and if I foret it doesn't attach the file at all, but makes it disappear into the attachment folder, and instead attaches the already existing file with the same name.

Any suggestions?

The renaming behavior hasn't changed, Bookends will rename attachments as instructed in preferences. Please contact tech support for help with this.
