Does any one know how to enter multiple/joint publishers and locations?
Thanks.

It seems to me that there is no possibility to manage this well, as it can partly be done for example in Papyrus for Macintosh.
So I think this is rather a feature request, that would be quite important form and could give an argument to switch to Bookends.

I need to be able:
1. to enter many publishers and cities
2. to output properly which publisher is associated to which city.
Some styles put all the publishers and then all cities (or in reverse order).
But other styles would requier to put the first publisher and its city (or cities) controlling the punctuation between publisher and cities and between cities; and then after another specific pucntuation another publishier with its correspondign city.

I hope Sonny Software is listening to this.
Thanks,
Jules

We're listening, but don't have a solution other than to suggest you post-process the bibliography (which of course you don't want to do).

Hello,
I confirm that this is an important feature.
It would definitely be an important argument in deciding me to switch from Endnote to Bookends.
