How to find a citation-reference

Hello,

In a text, in Mellel, which was not scanned yet I have the following refernce-citation:
{גבע, 1991, #3852@475}

I can't locate the Database where I have created it,
Is there a way to search for it in BE?

Is it really plain text? Or is it a Mellel citation object (colored and double-clickable)?

I will join here a screen picture, which shows it as it is in the body of the Mellel document. It is a real Mellel citation as it is in the body of the text before scanning.
I hope it will be clearer then:

In that case, the citation will appear in the citation list in the Mellel bibliography palette (Citations in document).

In the Mellel bibliography palette, double click on the citation with the Option key held down. This should switch to Bookends and find the reference in the Bookends library (assuming that library is open in Bookends).

I did as you suggest and got the result as shown here:

But, as you wrote: "..(assuming that library is open in Bookends)"
But this is exactly my problem: I do not remember in which library this citation belongs. And here is my question: is there a possibilty to make a search in BE to find it in one of the many libraries I have.

Then you'll have to look through your individual libraries until you find it. This is just one more of many reasons we recommend one library.

I would like to find the subject in the users guide or in the tutorials guide. I will appreciate you guiding me how to do one library, and where can I find this subject in the users guide.

There is really nothing to say other than: create and use one library. After making a new library, enter (or import) all your references to that single library and use that for your work. If you already have multiple libraries (which you do) and want to merge them into a single library, that's described in our FAQ:

Thanks for this very useful advice. I'll follow it.
I have too many libraries, and I'll too my best to reduce them considerably.
Some of them have been created in the back up process, which I should control better.
