OK, I made a big mistake . In the formats manager, I tried to change the code for "book." Could one of you kind folks please post the correct code for "book"? I really appreciate it, and I will do something nice for someone just to keep the good karma rolling.

You don't say which format. Please note that all our formats can be downloaded again from our ftp site (or you can contact me and I'll send you the one you want).
