Online Search

I'm suddently having trouble with the Online Search function. All searches, it seems, save for those done on Amazon or Google Scholar, return "Reply is Empty!" or "Init Rejected" or some variation of that. I've tried searches for author, title, etc., for items which I know are in the catalogues I'm searching. Does anybody have any ideas about how to resolve this?

You don't say which version of Bookends you are using. Make sure you're using the latest release.

Hi Jon, Thanks for the reply. Amazing support for BE...

It must be something with my settings but I haven't changed anything lately that would affect the Online Search function. At least, I don't think so.

I've got version 11.3.1. Just checked and it says I have the latest version.

Let me know if I should just email you directly.

Perhaps it's a proxy server issue (make sure your settings in System Preferences are correct)? If that's not it, please follow up directly (off-forum).
