Sorry to be asking so many questions. This does not seem to be in the manual.

How do I assign a keyword to a large number of references simultaneously?

There are two ways:

1. Refs -> Global Change -> Change Field -> After -> Keywords

2. Window -> Term Lists -> Keywords -> Add term to selected references
