Book chapter

Hello,
I have a difficulty in presenting a citation reference which is a chapter from a book.
As seen in the screen picture the names of the three writers of the book appears in the citation database wiindow,
but in the font manager, I have a problem for the correct presentation of the writwrs' name.
I would like the get your assitance in order to solve the issue.
