I was wondering how to make the scanned references the same font as the rest of the footnote in NWP? I have scanned with Prefs, Scan & Bib, "Bibliographies and Custom Citations-Default font overrides..." checked, and with it unchecked. In each case the full refs scan to a different font than the rest of the footnote.

I'm guessing that it's a style sheet issue and that you have to set it in NWP to the font you want.

Here's what Martin at Nisus said: "Before you did the scan in Bookends, was the citation's font properly matched with the rest of your footnote? If so that does not sound like a stylesheet issue. Any font or style changes that occur during the Bookend's scan are likely issues in how the document is scanned and processed by Bookends."
The font was consistent when I copied it into Nisus; it was only on the scan/unscan that it changed, and now it seems to be changed permanently.

See if you can reproduce this in a fresh document (there's nothing special about footnotes, it can be in the body of the text). If you can, contact tech support with the example and a small database, zipped so I can try to reproduce it.

You're supposed to contact tech support, not continue this on the forum (
support@sonnysoftware.com). And I don't have your database.
