Book series title and abbreviation

Hello,
In the category of Book, I need to have Series title (e.g., Supplements to Vetus Testamentum) in full in my bibiography, but shortened form (e.g., VTSup) in my footnotes. I was looking for a way to make this work like Journal glossary, but could not. I don't know how to enable the field 'j' which picks up the short title. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Are you using a journal glossary? If so, I think you simply enter the long and short forms, using "f" (long form) in the bibliography and "j" (short form) in the footnotes.

Hi Jon,
Thanks for your reply. I am using Journal glossary. From you suggestion, I added VTSup abbrv. to the glossary. The format for footnote is set to 'j' and I rescanned the doc, but it still shows the full name ('f').
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Hi Jon,
Sorry, there was a spelling error in my abbreviation and that is why it was not picking up the short form. Adding the abbreviation to the Journal glossary even for the Type 'Book' works (I initially thought Journal glossary will apply only for the Type 'Journal').
Thanks.

The same field is used for journal name and series title, so it will work for both.

Hi Jon,
Have you looked at my other question about putting comma outside the quotation mark? In particular, it is about how to put the comma outside the short title (Book chapter) that is within quotation marks. Your help is greatly appreciated.
