What are your recommendations for integrating BE and DT?

I'm trying to figure out how to best integrate Bookends and Devonthink. I'm looking at this thread

but if anyone has other recommendations or could describe their workflow, that would be much appreciated. It's not clear to me how to best maximise the potential of the two working together.
