Sort by Year of Original Publication in Citation Options?

Hi Jon,
In Citation Options, I use Sort by Year to order grouped citations. This is very useful because I don't have to worry about it when I am entering citations, I can add additional citations later etc.
But I now find it very important to indicate the original date of publication for some older works. I have customized my citation and bibliography options for that.
"Sort by Year" however is unaware of the original date of publication, so it produces citations like this:
(McLuhan 1962; Innis [1951] 1995)
I was wondering whether you would consider implementing the option "Sort by Original Publication Date" which would look for the original publication date (u11) and in the absence of it simply use the regular date (d) to do the sorting.
All best,
Toma
