Hi, the journal Cortex (http://www.elsevier.com/journals/cortex ... or-authors) stipulates that when there are two authors they should be separated by an "and" in the reference list, not just in the citation. Could you add an option to support this under Bibliography options? Thanks for developing such an amazingly capable bibliography program!
