Hi Jon,
I have a database engine error:
record "0" does not exist in table "thereferences"
after I do a "remove duplicates" (BE detected 2 duplicates). What should I do? rebuild?

done and problem disappeared (uff). do you recommend to do rebuilds regulary (e.g. once per week? or per month?)

No, although I guess that wouldn't be a bad thing. Personally, I rebuild whenever I encounter an error that I think might be caused by some damage to the index or the database -- this prevents a small problem from becoming compounded into a larger one.
