Problem to get out comma between name and first name

Hello,

I think it is a new feature in BE 12 but I can not format my bibliography like this :
Doe John, Title... (without comma between name and first name).
In the format manager, I only have the choice between "Doe, John" and "John Doe". I am not totally sure but I think it was possible in BE 11 to choose "Doe John" without comma...

Please download Bookends 12 again. There have been changes in silent updates that address a number of formatting issues, and I think this is one of them.
