Export: Journal Glossary and Term list

How can journal glossary and term lists be exported, and in what format? Thanks
Journal glossaries are just tab-delimited text files, you can open them in a word processor or Excel/Numbers. Term lists can be saved (the Action popup menu in a Term List standalone window.
