Ads in Bookends on Tap (NOT Lite)

Hi, Since updating today I notice that there are (various) ads at the bottom of my screen in Bookends on Tap when I try to read a PDF file, even blocking the page overview. Is this intended (I sure hope not) or is this something I can solve?

It's a mistake on our part. We've temporarily withdrawn Bookends On Tap from sale and have submitted a fix. Please download version 2.2.4 when it has passed Apple's review. Sorry for the bother.

Bookends On Tap 2.2.4, which fixes this behavior, is now available for download from the App Store.
