I am trying to exclude the word "cancer" from my smart group "posttraumatic growth" and can't seem to get it quite right. I continue to have articles with the word "cancer" showing up in the group. Do you have a suggestion regarding how to exclude this, and other words, from the group? Thank you.

I can't reproduce this in a simple test here, so please zip and send me your database. I'll take a look.

BTW, it could simply be a matter of grouping. Bookends doesn't do that for you, but you can use the parentheses yourself. For example

(postraumatic or growth or traumatic)

NOT

cancer
