Hello,
I have a serious problem and I do not find a solution. Is it possible to have in the footnote pages "ibid." in italic and regular page number?
Example: "Ibid., p 23."
I'm using Mellel...
Thinks!
"Ibid." and "italic" problem.
Re: "Ibid." and "italic" problem.
Bookends will send it to Mellel that way, but it's up to how you configure Mellel's style sheets that determines the final outcome. You might post this on the Mellel forum and/or write to Mellel tech support.

Re: "Ibid." and "italic" problem.
Jon,
Thanks for your reply. I will ask the question in Mellel forum (I think the registration process takes a few days). My styles in Mellel are ok.
I guess I can send from Bookends the repeated citation and then add the page number manually as a simple text (non-object citation).
Bye,
Martin

Re: "Ibid." and "italic" problem.
Yes, I suppose that will work. But really Mellel is in charge when it comes to the final form of citations and bibliographies. FWIW, I just tried with Mellel (using a format in which I told Bookends to italicize Ibid. in citations) and it worked for me. So I'm guessing something in your copy of Mellel is overriding it.

P.S. Of course, make sure the footnote font you use has an italic face.
