Biblio-Bibliography Crash

I am using Biblio-Bibliography to export over 5k references, but as soon as the process is done BE crashes. This has happened with different formats, like RIS and other. Since this is a technical support question, let me know if I should post it elsewhere. Thanks

Tech support issues shouldn't be posted on the forum, they should be sent directly to me (
support@sonnysoftware.com). I'd say you should Rebuild your database (on basic principle) and try again. If it happens once more, send the zipped database to tech support.

Against protocol, I guess, I'll just chime in to say that I've faced the same issue numerous times. This is not a regression in the latest release, rather it's been there for some time. As a countermeasure, I now generate my bibliographies in batches of max 500-600 items. Not a problem for me as I never need more than 3-4 batches.

FWIW the OP sent me the database and with the latest build of 12.2 I couldn't reproduce a crash. So it's either something fixed in the current release or it was local issue, the cause of which hasn't been isolated.
