Yosemite problem?

Post by ed »

Hi,

I write the text in Mellel and use Bookends for referencing. It runs smooth but now I have upgraded to Yosemite it seems to have a bug. When I scan the document I can't fulfill the process and get incomprehensible feedback from Bookends (se the attached pic). I have tried making another document and bookends database with only one reference and scan a that document but the same thing happens.

There is no Yosemite problem with Bookends and Mellel that I'm aware of (no other reports like this have come my way). Make sure you're using the latest builds of both. If the problem persists, you'll have to contact RedleX for support -- the garbage characters you see at the bottom of the screen would be Bookends reporting what it received from the word processor.
