I uploaded a silent update at 6 PM EST, Feb. 9, 2015 that fixes a number of issues that were reported with the initial release yesterday. Features that were affected include Bookends Sync, display of the list of groups, drag and drop of references onto groups on Retina Macs, and automated PubMed searches. If any of these affect you please download 12.5 again. We'll issue a 12.5.1 update that consolidates the fixes in a few days.
