Font size in Summary View

How can I change the size of a field within Summary View? I see that Title size is greater than other fields which that are sort of hard to read. They're too small, and it would be good to customize them.

The sizes are fixed for the default views. You may be able to change them if you use a format to display the data you want to see and set the bibliography font size to whatever you want.
