Hello,
I have an article with 11 authors as seen in the screen picture:

When entering to the data base I get the following situation in the Format manager where only 4 authors are entered and the rest is not in:

Is there a place I can configure to enter all details of the data

Make the format window taller. If there were a 5th author you couldn't see it.
