Citation of a book published by an organization

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am currently working on my thesis and want to cite a book that was published by an organization (Gesellschaft für Datenschutz und Datensicherheit e. V. ). My citation format is looking like this: a (d). Bibliography format like this: a (d): t, u2, l.
When citing a book that has a regular author I want it exactly in the format I have configured (Surname, First letter of forename (Date): Title. Edition, City. -> Works perfectly!
When citing the book from this organization, however, I do of course not want to have any abbreviations in its name, it should occur exactly like this "Gesellschaft für Datenschutz und Datensicherheit e. V." as well in citation as in the bibliography. Is there any way to tell Bookends to use exactly what is written in the field authors? Something that overrides the definied format just for that single book?
Thanks a lot for you help in advance!
Joerg
