"Copy Citation and Modifiers" not pasting into Scrivener

Hello all.
Anyone noticing the same?
Created a new project in Scrivener.
Select applicable reference over in BE.
Invoke "Copy Citation and Modifiers" >> Ctrl+Cmd+Y
Window pops up asking for the page reference – insert, hit enter
Over in Scrivener, nothing happens. It used to automatically paste it in?
Or am imagining things?
Have workaround using Actions for iPad/Quadro – but just want to check if anything has changed (or whether I'm showing signs of early dementia?

)

Download 12.5.5 again, there was a silent update that fixed this (for me, anyway).

I've just done that Jon, and no change.

Then I don't know why it's not working for you, it does for me (I just confirmed that again). The paste is just an AppleEvent sent to Scrivener. Make sure they are linked of course (File -> Link To). For now, just do the Command-V yourself. If someone comes up with why it works for some and not others I can deal with it.

Aw schucks.
Anyone else?
Will try a restart, and see if that fixes things.
It is linked, btw.

I assume you have the same problem with just Copy Citation?

Yes, I do.
It makes the switch, and calls-up Scrivener to active focus, but does not paste.
I know it's a minor quibble – but (1st world problems

) it's annoying to have to add another step, when formerly there wasn't one – especially when doing plenty of them.

Hi there, I am having the same issue with command-Y. No longer working after installing latest version of BE (12.5.5)

Sorry to hear – but relieved it's not only me!
Thanks for replying!

@germandanny, remember to download 12.5.5 again (now) and try with that build.

Hi Jon, I'll try it again, but I updated only a few minutes before posting my reply above. This was the first place I went upon discovery of this issue. I'll re-install and see if that works.
Thanks

If you downloaded today once no need to do it again. I've been testing on a Mavericks machine and it all works as expected. I'll try a Yosemite Mac this evening to see if that matters.

Okay, thanks Jon. For the record, I'm on Yosemite (10.10.3).

I can reproduce this on Yosemite, the most frustrating version of OS X I've used in years. There's nothing wrong with the code, it just doesn't work (it works fine on Mavericks of course). On doing some digging, it looks like it may be a problem with sandboxing -- Scrivener is now sandboxed -- and Bookends doesn't have permission to send an AppleEvent. I've written to Keith at L & L about this. I'll see if there's anything that can be done on their end or ours.
