citation style is not correct

In alle my references I get get \textit pf \textbf. Normally I use Harvard style but other styles also keep showing \text bf 
e.g. is Andersen, J. (2008) The concept of genre in information studies. \textit{Annual Review of Information Science and Technology}, \textbf{42}, 339-367.
Is there a solution, thank you.
