I'm playing around with the trial versions of Bookends and Bookends on Tap, and want to experiment with annotating PDFs on my iPad and synching them to my Macbook. When I bring up Bookends on Tap (trial version), and hit "sync" it gives me a passcode, and says:

To add a Bookends library, open Bookends and select "IPad" from the Devices list.

I can't find a devices list anywhere in Bookends. I've looked through all the documentation, and I can't seem to figure out how to connect an iOS device to Bookends. I have "Look for Bookends on Tap" set in Preferences. What am I doing wrong?

The device list will appear right below the groups pane on the left.

The list is shown (and circled in red) in the BOT User Guide, in the section toward the end on syncing.

Great, thanks. I was looking through the BE documentation, and it didn't even occur to me to read the BOT documentation. Silly mistake...
