Has the location for the page ranges setting been moved? I remember it being on the bibliography options tab in the format manager, but at present I cannot locate it. Am I simply losing my vision?

It's there, two-thirds of the way down. Did you shorten the height of the format window? Can you see the Example Bibliography?
