Importing from Sente - attachments

I'm in the process of importing ~4500 references from Sente into Bookends (I'm doing it in batches). After importing about 500 references I notice that only ~10% of the imported references have attachments linked to them - the attachments are being imported into the Bookends attachment folder but they're not being linked to the references. Any ideas on how I could quickly link these attachments to their references? I don't want to have to link them one by one...

I don't know exactly what you mean. Does such a reference know there's an attachment but says it can't find it? Or does the reference not know there's an attachment.

In the field where the pdf file should be visible I see the following message "can't find file 'xxxxxxxxx'"
