Many "can't find attachment" errors over the last couple of months

Hi,

I'm using BE 12.6.5 and I have my library on Dropbox - the library is shared across three computers but I never have BE open on more than one. The paths for Dropbox are slightly different between the computers (my home folder is called 'kga' on one computer and 'andersen' on the other two). I have noticed that when I attach a new PDF to a reference on the 'kga' computer, they're not visible on the 'andersen' computers. It looks like this only applies to newer references as old reference PDFs are coming through just fine. Any idea what's going on here and how to fix it? I have checked that all computers have the correct Attachments default folder set.

I don't know. If you have set the default folder on each Mac to the right location, it should find the PDFs. Make sure they are really in the default folder on the Mac where they're not being found.
