Scrivener can make an html page with footnotes properly linked to the text, from footnotes I write myself. Tedious. Can Bookends help me?
(Scrivener can also output the text as RTF, but the notes don't link when the file is uploaded to WordPress.)

No, I sorry, Bookends won't make hypertext links from citations to footnotes when it scans (which is what I infer that you want).
