A problem with groups...

Post by Stoic »

I'm teaching a course this fall on evil in Western thought, and was preparing a bibliography on the subject using Bookends "groups" function. I'd prepared quite a list until today, when I suddenly discovered that the group called "evil" had no references in it. A bit dismayed, I started trying to add new references, using the menu command "Add to Group." But this no longer seems to work at all.

I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation for this. Any ideas?

More problems with groups...

My groups still don't work, as described above. So I tried creating a new static group, giving it the name "test group." Every time I try to do this, Bookends crashes.

Obviously, there is something serious wrong here. Can someone help me?

First, rebuild with keep user info. If that doesn't help, a plain rebuild.

You can also stuff and send me the database and I'll look at it.
