[Feature Request] Sync Ignore Case settings

Hi, BE allows to use Custom folders to sync formats etc with Dropbox/GDrive etc. Preferences are currently not synced which I don't mind too much, but It would be great if the "Don't Change Case" list could become a separate file and would be stored in the custom folder so we could sync it across machines.
