Question regarding 8.1.1

In version 8.1.1, my BE's palette in Word 2004 remains just the same, and so does the Tools menu. But now they should display an "Insert Citation" command, right? What am I missing?

For current Bookends users, you have to manually transfer them from the Add-ins for MS Word folder to the right location in (1) Office and (2) Office -> Startup -> Word to get the new option.
