Some references require unicode normalization

Post by isma »

Hello
When I try to verify my library (Library Maintenance / Verify)

This pops up the following warning window
Some references require unicode normalization
Indexed searches are unreliable if unicode characters are not stored in the same form. We recommend that you let Bookends normalize and rebuild the index. This is very quick, and your data will not be affected. To do nothing, click Cancel.

which also gives the choice of normalizing and reindexing my library
However, doing so doesn't seem to change anything since I get the same message after re-verifying my library

I've seen this, too. I think it's a mistake in reporting by the db engine diagnostic function. Rebuilding the library should take care of it.
