control of in-text citations

The default font size for in-text citations seems to be one size smaller than that of the paragraph in which the citation is placed. Is there any way of controlling the size of the font? Specifically, I'd like it to be the same size as the paragraph itself.

Bookends is just sending plain text, with no styled text information, so it's your word processor (probably Word?) that is doing this. My guess is that the style sheet for the paragraph/document has a smaller font size than what you are actually using. Check that and see.

Actually, my word processor is Mellel, and I haven't been able to find any way in its preferences to control the size of the font displayed. But I'll keep looking...

Ah, that explains it. The text in the citation object is smaller on purpose -- it was a design decision to allow for more information to be displayed.
This is a property of Mellel, and has nothing to do with Bookends per se. If you want to have control over that, please contact RedleX tech support with the request.

Thanks, Jon. I've already posted a message on the Mellel forum about this.
