APA 6th - All Authors in First Referenc

Hello Jon,
Per APA 6th, when a work has three, four, or five authors, all of them should be cited the first time the reference occurs. However, Bookends only accounts for two authors; anything over that number and I get a First Author, et al. (Date) in the in-text citation. Ex. Chen, et al. (2015) instead of Chen,
Fang, Lockee (2015).
There doesn't seem to be a way to fix this in the Citation settings, and unlike APA 5th, there is no Secondary Order option in the Bibliography Options section. How do I make this happen?
I have a attached a pix of my Citation options as they stand now, and you can see how it uses Chen, et al. (2015 for the example int he image as well.
Thanks!
Vidya
