Is it a possibility to have not small caps for the word „and” before the last author, already the authors are in small caps?
Now I have:
WILLIAMS, BRAD, DAVID DAMSTRA AND HAL STERN, Professional WordPress. Design and Development, Wrox, 2015.
I would like to have:
WILLIAMS, BRAD, DAVID DAMSTRA and HAL STERN, Professional WordPress. Design and Development, Wrox, 2015.

You may have already found a walk-around that works for you now, but I thought I should just mention that instead of using "and" in the Formats Manager, you could use some fantasy word. You can then easily find and replace that word with "and", and assign lowercase attribute to it, after scanning the document has completed.
