In the bibliography output for book chapters, it would be useful to be able to impose title case on the titles of edited books without also imposing it on the title of the book chapter. Plenty of journals want the titles of edited books in title case and the titles of the chapters in sentence case.

Someone requested this a long time ago so it was added. Don't forget that you can override this setting for the Book Title by ending it with a comma:

The title of the book,

The bit about the comma is what I was missing.

For the benefit of anyone else who needs to do this: assuming that both chapter title and book title are in the reference in Bookends in sentence case, then to get what I wanted, you set the format for book chapter with Case of Title as 'Title case' and put a comma after the title of the chapter (not the book) in the reference.
