Do I have to use the temporary citation method?

Hi all,

I've looked for this on the boards, but unable to find answers.

Simple question: Does Bookends allow me to insert a formatted citation style, or do I have to use the temporary citation method and scan it later?

Currently, from what I can tell, when I select "Copy Formatted" it can only paste the bibliography format and not the citation format. I like that I have both formats available, but would like to use the citation style, when selecting "copy format" and not the bibliography style. (I don't need to use "copy format," I just don't know another way to do it.)

Thanks for any help.

Jas

You'd create a complementary format in which the citation settings are entered in the bibliography options tab. Then when you use that format and do a Copy Formatted, you'll be inserting the formatted citation.
