[Minor] Tweaking import of .nbib files?

This is very minor; Pubmed downloads references as citations.nbib, and Bookends does not associate with .nbib files by default, and on my system nothing else does. Anyway I change it so it always opens in Bookends (perhaps Bookends could register itself by default for new users?), but each time the import requestor comes up, BibTeX.fltr format is selected, not PubMed.fltr. So my very minor issue is to assign .nbib to PubMed format within Bookends itself?

I can have Bookends default to the PubMed filter when an .nbib file is imported.
